Early in the summer Rob took me on a short flight over Kachemak Bay, a fun run that involved multiple young pilots. These small escapes are so ingrained in the Alaskan norm that growing up you may not realize how rare it is to own a plane in other parts of the US. But here, the younger generation is carrying on that adventurous dream of discovery and freedom.
